GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE
1. INTRODUCTION
The Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) in compliance with the Public Procurement Act, 2007, has budgeted funds for the procurement of various projects, supplies and services in the fiscal year, 2024. In order to achieve prudence, accountability and transparency, NIPOST wishes to notify all prospective vendors, contractors, suppliers,, service providers, consultants and the general public that the service would undertake the procurement of works, goods, consultancy and services in 2024, fiscal year budget in the following areas:

Lot 5: PRINTING AND SUPPLY OF POSTAL BOOKS, FORMS AND OTHERS

Lot 6: SUPPLY OF GENERAL STATIONARIES AND OFFICE MATERIALS AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES
Lot 7: PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES:-
Financial, legal, engineering, quantity survey and project management
Lot 8: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SECURITY SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT, SECURITY AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT, ACCESS CONTROL, FIRE/SMOKE DETECTORS AND EXTINGUISHERS
Lot 9: supply and installation of plant machineries, and accessories

Lot 10: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF OFFICE FURNITURE AND FITTINGS.
Lot 11: GENERAL POSTAL EQUIPMENT
Lot 12: DEVELOPMENT OF NIPOST VACANT UNDER-UTILIZED SPACES ON PUBLIC- PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS BASIS
Lot 13: SURVEYING OF NIPOST LANDED AND PERFECTION OF TITLE DOCUMENTS
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Note that the EOIs/bids would be evaluated on responsiveness to criteria including but not limited to:
a. Evidence of certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including forms cac1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7;
b. Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the Last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2024;
c. Evidence of pension compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2024;
d. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate Valid till 31st December, 2024
e. Evidence of current Nigeria social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance Clearance Certificate Valid till 31st December 2024;
f. Evidence of current Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2024 or valid Certificate issued by BPP;

5. PLEASE NOTE:
The Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) reserves the right to invoke the provision of section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), 2007 on matters regarding these procurements without incurring any liability to the bidder.
