INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION

Pan Africare Nigeria, an International non-governmental organization, as the Non State Actor (NSA), implementing full scale malaria intervention in the World Bank supported IMPACT project in Abia State, hereby invites interested and qualified vendors to apply and submit prequalification document for the procurement and supply of the underlisted malaria commodities in lots 1 to 9, as indicated in the table below;

DOCUMENT REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED ALONGSIDE THEIR APPLICATION

  • Company profile, including names and contact details of key personnel;
  • Evidence of valid registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
  • Evidence of income tax clearance certificate for the last three years
  • Tax identification number
  • Contact information including: office address, phone numbers and email address
  • Product should have a 75% shelf life at the time of arrival to the CMS
  • Should have NAFDAC number
  • Evidence of WHO prequalification/approval product
  • Catalogue of the product.

OBJECTIVE

The objective of this prequalification exercise is to create a database of credible vendors who can supply goods and services to PanAfricare ensuring transparency, accountability and competitiveness in the procurement process.

METHOD OF APPLICATION FOR APPOINTMENT AS VENDORS

Vendors with capacity to supply any of these items and meets the above requirements should submit their application together with the required documents via email to: aolumide@panafricare.org
