NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS: INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR YEAR 2025 (MERGED) TETFUND ANNUAL AND PROJECT MAINTENANCE INTERVENTION PROJECTS AT PORT HARCOURT POLYTECHNIC.
All bidders for the above Projects are advised to take note of the following corrections in respect of information contained in our earlier Newspaper Advertisements in:
• The Punch Newspaper – October, 29, 2025;
• The Nation Newspaper – October, 29, 2025, and
• Federal Tenders Journal – Vol.21, No. 24,
Please, take note that:
1. The invitation is purely for the purpose of Pre-qualification of Bidders, hence only pre-qualification documents as listed in Section 3.0 (Eligibility Requirements) of the advertisement should be submitted in sealed in envelopes.
2. The opening of bids scheduled for 11th December, 2025 is purely for pre-qualification to determine bidders who meet the eligibility requirements, and
3. Based on (1) and (2) above, only pre-qualified bidders will be issued the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) on payment of the required N10,000 and invited for the Financial Bid Opening on a future date that shall be adequately communicated.
All inconveniences caused by the ealier directives are highly regretted.
