INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AND TENDER
Introduction
In compliance with the requirement of the Public Procurement Act of 2007, the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria invites interested, competent and reputable contractors/Suppliers/Consultants with relevant experience, requisite expertise and good track record for pre-qualification and tender for the following projects viz:
GOODS
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
i. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including CAC2 and CAC7;
ii. Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till December, 2025
iii. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025;
iv. Evidence of Current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2025
v. Evidence of Current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2025
vi. Evidence of Registration with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria
vii. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by inclusion of Interim Registration Report issued by BPP
viii. Company’s Audited Account and Annual Turnover of similar business for the last three (3) years 2023, 2024 & 2025
ix. Evidence of financial capability Verifiable list of previous similar works successfully carried out within the last five years with names of clients, evidence of award and practical completion certificates
x. Evidence of financial strength, credit worthiness and readiness to instruct bankers to supply financial information on the company as may be required
xi. Evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies
xii. Corporate profile of the firm and organizational structure, including names and brief resumes of key personnel supported by professional certificates, registered and functional contact e-mail address/GSM number(s)
xiii. A sworn affidavit that none of the Director of the company is a member of staff of Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN) and
xiv. Professional certification with relevant original equipment manufacturer and/or technology
Submission of Pre-qualification/Tender Documents
The deadline for the submission of the pre-qualification and tender document(s) is on or before Friday, 30th May, 2025 at 12:00 noon. Please ensure that you sign the bid submission register as the Board will not be liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. It must be submitted in four (4) copies with one original and marked at the top left of the envelope “Prequalification for…or Tender” with the Lot Number, Description, Name and Address of the company to be deposited in the Tenders Box located at the Procurement Unit, Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria, Federal Secretariat Complex, Phase 1, 4th Floor, Abuja and addressed to:

Note:
i. The submitted pre-qualification or expression of interest documents will be opened on Friday, 30th May, 2025 at 12:00 noon. Immediately after the deadline for submission in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the Board Room, Non-Governmental Organization, relevant professional association and the general public are hereby invited to witness the opening
ii. This announcement is published for information purposes only and does not constitute a commitment or obligation on the part of the Board to procure
iii. Please note that only shortlisted company will be invited to tender for financial bids
iv. The Board has the right to reject any bid documents
v. The Board pledges fair and equal treatment of all participants but is not bound to shortlist any bidder and reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage without incurring any liability in line with Section 28(b) of the Public Procurement Act, 2007.
