SALE OF UNSERVICEABLE VEHICLES BY PUBLIC AUCTION
This is to inform the general public that the Management of Saki West Local Government and Licensed Auctioneer has authorised the disposal of its unserviceable vehicles by way of Public Auction.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
1. INSPECTION: All items will be available for open inspection at the Local Government Secretariat premises within two weeks of this publication.
2. MODE OF SALE: Sales will be made strictly on an “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” basis to the highest bidder.
3. PAYMENT METHOD: The winning bidder must make an immediate payment into the Local Government Treasury Account.
4. EVACUATION: All purchased items must be fully evacuated from the Local Government premises within twenty-four (24) hours. Failure to do so will attract a daily demurrage fee.
5. The Local Government Council reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction line before or during the bidding process without assigning any reason.
