U. S. EMBASSY ABUJA- REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE FOR JCB FORKLIFT.

To submit a proposal, kindly send the details of your company representatives (not more than two) that will be invited for a site visit/inspection to AbujaProcurement@state.gov (please remember to reference the requisition number –  PR14985983 on the subject line).

**Proposal Requirements:

To ensure your proposal is valid, please note the following:

1. Email all responses to this solicitation to AbujaProcurement@state.gov, including the solicitation number (PR14985983) in the subject line.
2. Submit your proposal in two formats: (Technical & Price).

1. 1. Technical proposal: this should include but not limited to your methodology for meeting the requirements, performance schedule, specifications, samples/pictures/complete drawings, past performance history with valid contact information for your past and current customers in the last three (3) years, CAC certification, NDAA certification as attached, etc. (Please do not include any price related information here).
   2. Price proposal: this should include the breakdown of your price.

2. Contractors must provide proof of active registration in Sam.gov, a Unique Entity ID (UEI) code, and evidence of compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

**Submission Deadline:

• The deadline for offer submission is February 7, 2025.
