The U. S. EMBASSY IN ABUJA is seeking a vendor to provide a conference package for the AmSpaces Summit from October 27-30, 2025, using the information below:
  • Date of Event: October 27 -30, 2025, from 7:15
  • Estimated Number of Participants: 38
  • Conference Hall Capacity (October 27-29, 2025): Conference Hall that can accommodate 40-50 Participants.
  • Accommodation Reservation: 28 Participants for 3 days
    • Check-in-date: October 27, 2025
    • Check-out-date: October 30, 2025
  • Logistics Support: Coffee/ Tea break and Lunch for 38 Participants for 3 days

Payment Terms: Net 30.

Evaluation Criteria:

The evaluation of this requirement will consider price, technical acceptability, and past performance.

Proposal Requirements:

To ensure your proposal is valid, please note the following:

      1. Email all responses to this solicitation to AbujaProcurement@state.gov  including the solicitation number (PR15541290) in the subject line.
      2. Contractors must provide proof of active registration in Sam.gov, a Unique Entity ID (UEI) code, and evidence of compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
      3. Contractors must complete and return a signed certification of compliance with applicable U.S. Federal Anti-Discrimination Laws. (Form attached).

Submission Deadline:

  • The deadline for submission offer is August 30, 2025.
