U.S. EMBASSY ABUJA- REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION SERVICES FROM 2ND OCTOBER – 2ND DECEMBER 2025

The U.S. EMBASSY ABUJA invites qualified contractors to submit quotations for the provision of extended-stay accommodation services from 2^nd October – 2^nd December 2025. The requirement is for fully furnished serviced residences that meet the specifications outlined below:

• Fully furnished serviced residence suitable for extended stay.
• Designated work area with ergonomic seating.
• Washer and dryer (in-unit preferred).
• Ensuite bathroom with hot and cold water.
• Air conditioning in all living and sleeping areas.
• Iron and ironing board provided in-room.
• In-room personal safe for valuables.
• Modern, well-equipped kitchen including:
  • Refrigerator
  • Microwave
  • Cooking range/oven
  • Utensils, cookware, and dinnerware
  • Coffee machine
• Standard amenities including:
  • Fresh towels and linens
  • Hair dryer
  • Smart TV with international channels
• Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi
• King-size bed with quality bedding
• Residences must be secure, clean, and well-maintained.
• Regular housekeeping services should be provided.
• Facilities must comply with local building and safety codes.
• 24/7 customer support and on-site assistance must be available.

Interested contractors are requested to submit a comprehensive proposal, adhering to the guidelines below:

1. Proposal Structure: All proposals must include two parts – Technical and Financial Proposal.
   1. Technical Proposal: this must include
      1. Company profile including address and overview of services with pictures of amenities.
      2. Location and accessibility of the property
      3. History of past performance with valid contact information for past and current customers from the last three years.
      4. Completed NDAA and DEI certification (Required under EO 14173, January 2025)
   2. Financial Proposal – detailed pricing for the entire duration of stay (Check in 2^nd October and check out 2^nd December 2025)
2. Proposals must be submitted by email to AbujaProcurement@state.gov, with the following subject line “Re: RFQ | PR15521367 – Provision of Accommodation Services from 2nd October – 2nd December 2025”.
3. The deadline for offer submission is September 24, 2025.
4. Contractors must complete and submit a signed copy of the attached NDAA and DEI certification alongside proposals. Offerors who do not provide this certification will not be eligible for award. 

Please note:

• The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
• The Embassy will not contact unsuccessful offerors.
• Oral quotations will not be accepted.
• Payment term is NET 30
