INVITATION TO TENDER
1. Tenders are hereby invited from reputable registered companies with Ughelli North local government to execute the following projects within the local government:
i. Construction of an ultra-modern secretariat complex
ii. Construction of ultra-modern secretariat gate post
iii. Purchase/installation of three (3) numbers II/33KVA transformers
iv. Construction of police post
v. Construction of customary court
vi. Construction of modern primary health care Centre
2. Tenders must be accompanied with the following;
i. Evidence of registration as a contractor with Ughelli North Local government
ii. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja
iii. Evidence of valid tax clearance certificate for the past three years
iv. Evidence of payment of the prescribed non-refundable tender fee of the sum of eighty thousand naira (N80,000.00) into the local government treasury
v. Evidence of similar job successfully executed in the past if any
vi. Evidence of financial viability
vii. Evidence of professional/technical qualifications
3. Tenderers are advised to visit and inspect documents of the various projects showing the drawing specification/bills of engineering measurement and evaluation (B.E.M.E) between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Monday- Friday in the office of the head of works before tendering
4. Tenderers should note that the board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest of any bidder
5. Tenderers should be submitted to the undersigned in wax-sealed envelopes with the project title clearly marked at the top left-hand corner and addressed to

6. Late bids after the expiration of 14 days from this publication will be rejected
