INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS FOR THE PROPOSED UNIVERSITY SHOPPING MALL, HOTEL AND EVENT CENTRE ON PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP (PPP) ARRANGEMENT.
A. INTRODUCTION.
The University of Ilorin Holdings Limited in its efforts to enhance its internal revenue generation drive wishes to invite reputable firms of real estate developers on the development of the under listed projects.
B. THE PROJECT:
i. Unilorin Shopping Mall.
LOCATION: New motor park, main campus.
ii. Redevelopment of the University’s liaison office to a three-star Hotel.
LOCATION: 12 D’alberto Road, Palmgrove Estate, Ilupeju, Lagos.
iii. Redevelopment of the University’s guest house, to a three-star hotel and event center.
LOCATION: University mini campus, Adewole Housing Estate Area, Ilorin.
iv. Appointment of Hotel Facility Manager(s) for the management of Hotel facilities in Abuja, Lagos and Ilorin.
C. DEVELOPERS
Developers are required to submit pre-qualification documents with verifiable evidence including, but not limited to the following;
i. Evidence of Incorporation of company by Corporate Affairs Commission;
ii. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three years.
iii. Company’s audited account for the past three years
iv. List of similar jobs executed with evidence of names of clients, location, memorandum of understanding and amount attached.
v. Letter of reference from developer’s banker(s) indicating availability of funds to execute such project(s) and
vi. Other documents that may support the capability of the firm to successfully execute a Public Private Partnership project of this magnitude.
vii. Prospective developers can visit to examine available architectural designs from the date of the publication to 4th May 2026 between 10:00am-2:00pm daily.
D. SUBMISSION
All submissions in sealed envelope to be addressed and delivered to the Administrative Officer of Unilorin Holdings Limited, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria on or before 8th May, 2026 (four (4) weeks from the date of this advertisement). The purpose of the project should be written on the envelope for easy identification.
