TECHNICAL BUILDING & FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT THE UN HOUSE PREMISES IN ABUJA, NIGERIA
INTRODUCTION:
UNDP invites interested and eligible suppliers to submit a bid in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in the Invitation to Bid (BID): UNDP-NGA-01400: Long Term Agreement Technical Building & Facilities Maintenance.

Submission deadline: ITB may be submitted not later than 8 May 2026.
ATTENTION: ITB shall be submitted only through Quantum Portal. EOI shall not be submitted to any email addresses. Otherwise, such offers shall be disqualified.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. In addition, a mandatory Prebid meeting/Site Inspection is schedule as follows.
