1. Items are sold on “AS IS” & “WHERE IS” basis.
2. Refundable Deposit of #500,000 for Heavy Equipment (Generator) and #200,000 for other Small Items is required.
3. Participation fee is refundable maximum of 72 Hours after the main auction day if the bidder is not successful.
4. Only registered bidder with an assigned bid number will be allowed to participate in the bidding process.
5. Participation fee is to be paid only into Raji Adewale and Associates account
