INVITATION TO TENDER

PREAMBLE

The West African Examination Council (WAEC) is desirous of engaging the services of competent Information Communication Technology (ICT) contractors for the supply, installation, and implementation of IBM Power S1014, Primary OS with the current IBM I subscription license.

Reputable ICT companies/contractors are hereby invited to tender

TENDER REQUIREMENTS

  1. Company Profile.
  2. Evidence of tax clearance for the last three (3) years.
  3. Certificate of company incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission.
  4. VAT registration certificate.
  5. Evidence of execution and completion of similar projects in the last 3 years.
  6. Company audited accounts for the last three (3) years.
  7. Evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies.
  8. Letter of reference from Bankers.
  9. Certificate of Compliance issued by the National Population Commission as the evidence of Compliance with the Pension Reform Act 2004.
  10. Certificate of Compliance issued by Industrial training Fund (ITF), in compliance with Section 6 (2) of the ITF Amendment Act 2011.

TENDER DOCUMENTS

Interested bidders are requested to collect bidding documents upon evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of ₦50,000.00 from the Office of the Director, Information Communication Technology (ICT), WAEC, at No. 21, Hussey Street, Jibowu, Yaba, Lagos between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on working days.

SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS

The tender documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope in the Office of the Deputy Director, WAEC, at No. 21, Hussey Street, Jibowu, Yaba, Lagos not later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 07, 2025 with reference at the top left hand marked “tender for IBM Power S1014, Primary OS with the current IBM I subscription license”.

Opening of the tender documents will take place immediately on the same day in the Office of the head of National Office.
