INVITATION TO BID

Yobe State Rural Electrification Board in line with the Public Procurement Act (2016) hereby wishes to invite the eligible interested bidders/suppliers to submit their tender for the supply and installation of solar power to:

• Accident and emergency department
• Blood bank and main laboratory
• Intensive care unit, isolation center, pharmacy and 3 wards
• Maternity complex
• In specialist hospital damaturu, yobe state.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT:
• Evidence of certificate of incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria;
• Company income tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years (2021, 2022, & 2023);
• Company’s profile;
• Evidence of financial capability including bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
• Evidence of registration with Yobe State Bureau on public procurement.

3. Document for submission should be accompanied by a forwarding letter duly signed by MD or his equivalent to the office of the Director of Planning, Research and Statistics, Rural Electrification Board.

4. interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to the permanent secretary, Ministry of Commerce, Yobe State clearly marked ‘tender document’ and delivered not later than 12:00 noon on the 1st August, 2024.

5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/ vendors upon payment of a non-refundable fee of one hundred thousand naira only (N100,000.00).

7. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at the conference hall of the office of the Director of Planning, research, and Statistics Rural Electrification Board by 12:00 noon on the 1st August 2024.
