INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
1.0 INTRODUCTION:
The Agbado Oke-Odo Local Council Development Area amongst other things statutorily responsible for the construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of roads, schools, hospitals (Primary Health care) for the benefit of the citizenry, in other to meet this mandate for Y2025, the Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA hereby invites expression of interest from prospective contractors/consultants/suppliers to develop a database of service providers with which Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA will partner in subsequent and contract awards.
2.0 PRE-QUALIFICATION AREAS:

Lot 1: Construction of Roads and Bridges
Lot 2: Drainages and Culverts Constructions
Lot 3: Rehabilitation/upgrading of Roads and Bridges
Lot 4: Construction of Primary Schools
Lot 5: Rehabilitation of Primary Schools
Lot 6: Renovation/Upgrading of Buildings
Lot 7: Rehabilitation/Renovation/Construction of Primary Health Care Centers
Lot 8: Construction of Secretariat Complex (Second Phase)
CATEGORY B: GOODS
Lot 1: Supply of Computer Software, Hardware, and Accessories
Lot 2: Supply of Office Furniture and Equipment
Lot 3: Supply of School Uniform and Stationeries
Lot 4: Supply of Equipment to Primary Health Care Centers
Lot 5: Supply of Equipment to Vocational Training Centers
Lot 6: Supply of Library Equipment
Lot 7: Supply of Official Vehicles
Lot 8: Supply of Utility Vehicles
Lot 9: Supply of School Furniture and Equipment
CATEGORY C: SERVICES
Lot 1: Desilting of blocked drainages
Lot 2: Routing Fumigation of Public Buildings/Schools
Lot 3: Maintenance of parks and Road medians
Lot 4: Environmental services and Waste management
Lot 5: Training and Manpower Development
Lot 6: Catering and Entertainment services
3.0 PRE-QUALIFICATION AREAS
The expression of interest must be submitted in the following order:
a. Covering letter duly signed by the company’s authorized signatory, indicating the specific areas or specialization, under the three HEADING, (Goods, Works, and Consulting Services) With Company Profile.
b. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
c. Company’s Audited Account for the years (2019, 2020, and 2021)
d. Evidence of Financial/technical Capability from a reputable bank, capable and willing to provide credit line/equipment(s) as the case may be.
e. Evidence of similar nature of the project(s) completed with verifiable letters of contract award within the last two year 2020.
f. Evidence of technical partnership/joint venture account where necessary
g. Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency and Agbado/Oke-Odo LCDA
NOTE:
I. EOI/Pre-qualification submission must be in English only and clearly about the area(s) of interest and competence of each categorization.
II. Interested applicants must note that Agbado/Oke-Odo LCDA reserves the right to verify claims made in the pre-qualification document submitted at any level.
III. The pre-qualification exercise shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA to award any contract.
IV. The cost of this exercise will be the sole responsibility of the interested party (ies) to invitation.

VI. Payment of a non-refundable fee of N25,000.00 for bidding documents.
4.0 SUBMISSION OF EOI/PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENT
Applications must be enclosed in sealed envelope and addressed to:
The Executive Chairman, Agbado/Oke-Odo Local Council Development Area Secretariat, former SDP House, Oja-Oba, Abule-Egba, Lagos, and delivered at the Procurement Office from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm from the date of this publication for Fourteen (14) working days and on/before 12 noon on the last day of submission.
